Best Beach Cottage is available on a weekly basis Saturday through Saturday. In order to provide excellent customer service to every guest, check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 10am. This allows time for our cleaning crew to prepare the cottage for the next guests.
The cottage is available on a monthly basis either as a calendar month or in four week increments beginning on a Saturday and ending on a Saturday. For those seeking a weekend getaway the minimum rental for Best Beach Cottage is a three night stay, based on availability.

Daily: $125.00
Weekly: $800.00
Monthly: $2800.00
Regular Season: May 1-June 30; October 1-December 31
Daily: $150.00
Weekly: $1000.00
Monthly: $3600.00
Peak Season February 1-April 30; July 1-August 14
Daily: $175.00
Weekly: $1200.00
Monthly: $4300.00
All rentals, regardless of length, will incur a single $50.00 cleaning fee.
Best Beach Cottages is a no-smoking, no pet unit. (Our cleaners charge a $500 cleaning and sanitizing fee!)
Our calendar is kept up to the minute however it is always best to call and confirm the dates you are seeking and to check any last minute details.
When booking a reservation a deposit of 25% of the total booking, tax included will be due in order to hold your dates. The entire booking must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
If unforseen circumstances force you to cancel your vacation between 90 days and 31 days prior to your reserved dates we will refund your full deposit minus transaction charges incurred by us in processing your credit card with the bank (typically less than 4%).
If your cancellation occurs within 30 days of your arrival there will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit paid for the stay.
If your cancellation occurs within 14 days of your arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit paid and no refund will be made.
